CAREER

I can say that my career journey has been shaped by adapting to different disciplines and working in different fields over time. It always excites me to work on new topics rather than staying in a single field.

I started my career in 2012 as a content creator. In the first few years, I worked on content and social media marketing, while also producing different content such as sectoral research and reports related to the e-commerce sector.

During this time, I also had the opportunity to conduct interviews with prominent figures in the e-commerce industry of that period. Afterwards, I took part in a traffic-focused SEO project for a short period, but since this area didn’t excite me much, I decided to try something different.
At the end of 2014, I founded my first venture, Enstrüman Öğren. In this project, I focused on online instrument lessons and created nearly 100 videos, the majority of which were centered around education. Although I continued with this project until 2016, I decided to end it as I was not able to achieve the results I had expected at the time.
Along with this project, I also founded my company, SoDijital, in mid-2015, where I offered digital marketing, content creation, and web design services. Through this company, I had the opportunity to work with many brands. In addition to digital marketing and content production, I also created numerous websites for both corporate and personal projects.

In the summer of 2020, my brother Serhat Oypan and I began working on establishing a company together, and in October 2020, IncreaWork was born.

If there is a task that needs to be done, it must be done. The size of the task or its status doesn’t matter; what’s important is reaching the result and completing the task properly.

If you don’t know how to do it, you need to learn; instead of thinking someone else will handle it, be proactive and take initiative. The necessary steps should be taken to achieve the outcome. Relying on others or shrinking back will always set you  behind.
