This Data Protection Notice explains how Sinan Oypan (“I,” “me,” or “my”) processes your personal data when you visit sinanoypan.com (the “Site”), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

4. Recipients of Your Data

- IncreaWorks and its affiliated brands, including ICW Akademi, operated by Oypan Dijital İletişim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., for the purpose of sending you related marketing, educational, or promotional communications.
- Service providers who support the technical operation of the Site, such as hosting and email infrastructure providers, acting strictly within the scope necessary to provide their services.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, for the purpose of understanding Site usage and delivering relevant content.
I do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
As sinanoypan.com is visited by an international audience, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including Turkey, where I am based, and other countries where my service providers operate. 8. Additional Notice for Visitors in Turkey (KVKK)
If you are located in Turkey, the processing of your personal data is also subject to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Under KVKK Article 11, you have rights substantially similar to those listed in Section 7 above, including the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about such processing, request correction or deletion of your data, and object to results arising from automated processing.

This Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
